Langtang Gosainkunda Helambu trek is one of the most popular trekking routes in Langtang Region. Langtang Gosainkunda Helambu Trek combines three major areas north of Kathmandu along the border of Tibet Langtang, holy Gosainkund lake and Helambu. Langtang Gosainkunda Helambu trek offers an opportunity to explore villages, to climb small peaks and to visit glaciers at a comfortably low elevation. You can trek to Langtang then via the holy lakes of Gosainkunda at 4300 m where thousands of Hindu pilgrims visit the lakes during the full moon festival in August. Langtang Gosainkund Helambu trek also of special interest to Birders featuring some unusual altitudinal migrants such as Ibisbill and Gould's Short wing, uncommon summer visitors include Pied Ground Trust and high altitude birds such as Snow Partridge, Tibetan Snow cock and Grandala. Langtang Gosainkunda Helambu Trek pass through the lush valleys with stunning Himalayan views of the Langtang Himalayan region, Annapurna Himalayan range, Rowlaing Himalayan range and end at Melamchi pul bazaar then by private vehicle via Dhulikhel back to Kathmandu.

Day by Day Itinerary 
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu and Transfer to the Hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley City Tour
After breakfast,full day city Tour at Kathmandu in important and popular tour spots which are related with history, culutre and tradition of Nepal ,Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath Monaster and Patan Durbar square which are in records of world heritage sites too

Day 03: Drive to Syabru Besi (1462m.)
Take an early morning breakfast and drive to Syabru Besi by Vehicle via Trisuli Bazar and Dhunche. You will witness nice scenery of White Mountains of Mt. Annapurna II, Manasalu, Ganesh Himal and other minor peaks are visible from Kakani (along the route) and as well as green scenery of hillock, rivers, village, while driving to Syapru Besi.

Day 04: Syabru Besi to Lama Hotel (2510m.)
We  following the Langtang River. After crossing the suspension bridge, the trails ascent ridge to Paira Lodge and after, the trails, gradually ascent. This day, you might be feel wilderness and might get opportunity to see wild animals like monkeys, red Pandas, Himalayan Black Bears etc.

Day 05: Trek to langtang Valley (3307m.)
From Lama Hotel, the trail gradually climbs up to Ghora Tabela through a forest of hemlock, oaks, maples and rhododendron with spectacular, fleeting glimpses of Mt. Langtang Lirung (7,244m). Leaving Ghora Tabela, the path follows the delightful Langtang  Khola, climbing steadily up to the spread-out Langtang Valley (3,500m). Langtang Valley is another Tamang village with stone-and-wood houses and yak grazing pastures.

Day 06: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3798m.)
After Langtang Valley Trek, you are now above the tree line and the landscape is typically high Himalayan with short grass, juniper bushes and scrub. The trail climbs gradually. Crossing the Laja Khola then climbs a moraine to a viewpoint where you can see Kyanjin Gompa and the dramatic icefall flowing from Langtang Lirung and the trail descends to Kyanjin Gompa.

Day 07: Kyanjin Gompa to Chorkari Ri
Early morning, our day begins with a steep climb to the top of Chorkari Ri. Enjoying spectacular panoramic mountain views of the whole Langtang Himalayas, including Langtang Lirung (7,244m), Langshisa Ri (6,810 m.), Gyanghempo (6,888 m.) Ganjala peak, Nayakang more….Besides, incredible mountain views, Langtang valley, icefall flowing from Langtang Lirung and Gyanghempo peak. back to Langtang Valley.

Day 08: Trek to Lama Hotel
Easily trek down to Lama Hotel enjoying the view and the localities

Day 09 (Thulo) Syabru ( 2300m)

Day 10:  Sing Gompa  Chandan Bari (3254 m)
This day we through forest of Fir and Rhododendron. The only sign of human habitation are the occasional shepherds' huts at the water points. We camp near the deserted Sing Gompa.

Day 11: o Gosainkunda Lake. (4300 m)
The trail to Lauri Binayak is steep & continues for three hours. Then the trail becomes much narrow & misty as well as change in vegetation too as the green vegetation becomes much deserted & rocky. From lauri Binayak takes about 3 hours to reach to Gosainkunda.

Day 12: Gosainkunda via Suryakunda pass 4610m trek to Ghopte(2800m).
 After expore around at at Gosainkunda, we set for another day's walk. The walk goes through a steep trail for 2 & half an hour & crosses a pass at 4610m and the trail is too rocky. After the pass the trail becomes to descend & the slope continues for  Ghopte

Day 13: Tharepati (3510m).
The trail continues through the forest of pine & juniper about 2 hour's slope up to Thadepati

Day 14: Melamchi Gaun(2450m)
 A short, steep descent through mixed fir and rhododendron forest rich with bird life. Crashing waterfalls sound from the rocky gullies below as you approach Melamchi

Day 15: Tarke Ghyang(2550m)
The trail descends steeply to the valley floor, where you can have a well earned dip in the crystal- clear river before completing the short and mild ascent up the other side of the valley. Tarkegyang boasts an 18th century Gompa with huge brass prayer wheel.

Day 16: Sermathang( 2530m)
A flat pleasant walk to Shermathang for walking. This is a an entering Sherpa village and they will be happy to introduce themselves that they are different from the Sherpa of Khumbu(Everest region) In the clear day the villages provide good views of Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Gosainkunda and Rolwaling, Even Everest also in a distance.

Day 17: Melamchi pul Bazaar (1750m)

Day 18 :Melamchi drive back to Kathmandu transfer to hotel

Day 19: Fly Back to Home
